What you are purchasing
We supply Google Workspace Business Starter accounts. Standard accounts are set up on domains you provide. Prewarmed accounts are supplied on GWS Reseller domains with existing, fixed usernames; you cannot select usernames when ordering. Domain registration and renewal are separate from standard account pricing.
Pricing and monthly renewals
Prices are in USD per user per month. Standard orders are $3.15 per user for 1–249 users, $2.70 for 250–1,249 users, and $2.50 for 1,250 or more users. The quantity rate applies to all users in that order. Prewarmed accounts are $8 per user per month, subject to availability. Setup is included. Subscriptions renew monthly; the checkout displays your quantity, total and any applicable tax before payment.
Onboarding and delivery
After a successful payment, standard orders receive an email link to a guided form for domains, users and DNS setup preferences. We begin setup after receiving the complete details and access needed. Prewarmed orders skip this form. Our team confirms delivery timing and emails account details when ready.
Refunds
No refunds once accounts are delivered. For questions or refund requests before delivery, email [email protected] with your order number for review.
Subscription changes and cancellation requests
Email [email protected] with your order number to request subscription changes or cancellation of future renewals. Please contact us before your next renewal so we can process the request and confirm its status. Cancellation does not refund accounts already delivered.
Account use and support
You are responsible for activity on your accounts and for using them in accordance with the applicable Google service requirements. Setup or prewarming does not guarantee inbox placement, sending performance or uninterrupted third-party service. For setup and order support, email our team.
Privacy
Information collected
We receive the name, email address and order information you submit at checkout, and the domains, requested account names, DNS provider details, setup preferences and files you provide through onboarding. Our website services may also record basic visit and browser information.
How information is used
We use this information to process payments and subscriptions, prepare and deliver accounts, coordinate DNS setup, send order and onboarding notifications, answer support requests and maintain business records.
Service providers
The website, forms, customer records and notifications run through HighLevel/LeadConnector (CommandWorks). Stripe processes payments. Google supplies the Workspace services being provisioned. Information needed for those services is handled by the relevant provider. Customer uploads are stored through our form service for our team to review; customers do not need to make a public Google Sheet.
Passwords and access
Do not enter registrar passwords, payment-card details or other account passwords in onboarding fields or uploaded files. Payment details belong in the secure payment form. We coordinate the DNS access needed for setup separately.
Cookies and browser settings
Cookies and similar technologies support checkout, forms and visit reporting. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking them may affect website functions.
Questions and information requests
Email [email protected] to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion. Include enough order information for us to locate the relevant record. Some billing and service records may need to be retained.
